Forklift Fleet Management Software
A single autonomous forklift is a machine. A fleet of autonomous forklifts working together is a system — and the software that coordinates them determines whether that system delivers its full potential. BrightEye is the cloud-based fleet management platform that turns individual robots into a coordinated, intelligent fleet.
What BrightEye Does
BrightEye is the central brain of your autonomous forklift fleet. It handles everything from task assignment to traffic management, and provides the data layer that connects your robots to your warehouse management system.
Task Scheduling
Receives tasks from your WMS or manual dispatch, assigns them to the optimal available robot based on proximity, battery level, and load compatibility. Priority queuing ensures urgent tasks are handled first.
Traffic Management
Coordinates multiple robots operating in the same space. Prevents deadlocks at intersections, manages right-of-way at narrow points, and optimises traffic flow to minimise idle time and congestion.
Route Optimisation
Calculates the most efficient path for each task, accounting for current traffic, charging schedules, and zone restrictions. Routes are dynamically recalculated when conditions change.
Real-Time Monitoring
Live dashboard showing every robot's position, status, current task, battery level, and speed. Alerts for exceptions, low battery, or maintenance needs are pushed to operators and managers.
Analytics & Reporting
Track pallet movements per hour, robot utilisation rates, task completion times, and zone throughput. Export data for operations reviews and capacity planning.
Remote Access
Monitor and manage your fleet from anywhere via the BrightEye web dashboard and mobile app. Ideal for multi-site operations or management oversight during non-business hours.
WMS Integration
BrightEye integrates with your warehouse management system via standard APIs, creating a closed-loop automation cycle:
- WMS identifies a task (e.g., replenish pick face at location B-12-3)
- Task is sent to BrightEye via API
- BrightEye assigns the nearest available robot with compatible load capacity
- Robot executes the task autonomously
- Completion confirmation is sent back to WMS with timestamp and location verification
Compatible with major WMS platforms including SAP EWM, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Koerber, and custom systems. Standard REST API documentation is provided for custom integration.
Multi-Site Management
For operations spanning multiple warehouses, BrightEye provides a unified view across all sites. Compare performance metrics, share route configurations, and maintain consistent operational standards — all from a single dashboard.
Charging & Battery Management
BrightEye manages automatic charging schedules, sending robots to charge during low-demand periods and ensuring minimum fleet availability is maintained at all times. Battery health monitoring tracks degradation over time, predicting replacement needs before they cause downtime.
